Telemedicine and Deregulated power field

With Health Care cost going through the roof, many people are trying Telemedicine. Thanks to smart phones and computers, there is a new way to talk to a doctor 24 hours a day right from your home. This has only been around for a couple years, but it might be the wave of the future. I am a Thrive / North American Power independent business owner; one of the things that they do is buy electricity and sell it to consumers.  Because I am a business owner, I can deduct part of my electricity bill on my taxes. Another product that they will have in March 2015 is Telemedicine.  They teamed up with the largest company that does Telemedicine in the USA.   Everyone uses electricity and needs medical care, this is why it is very interesting to me. Here is a five minute interview with the Co-Founder & CEO, Kerry Breitbart on WMUR: New Hampshire’s Business. This interview is about New Hampshire but this company is approaching 300,000 customers, providing cleaner Electricity, and cleaner Gas in CT, NY, NJ, NH, ME, RI, MD, PA, OH, IL, GA with TX and MI coming soon. Also other products like Telemedicine which can be used in almost all of the States.

Competitive rates and a chance to get free electricity.

One of the other products we have is Telemedicine called Simple Health+. This ABC report tells a little bit about Telemedicine. The video says that you have to pay every time you use the services. Thrive / North American Power was able to team up with the largest Telemedicine company to save you time and save even more money.

I think this is a very interesting business because everyone uses electricity and needs medical care. With their new products, like Telemedicine will turn this 400 thousand dollar company into a 1 million dollar company in 2015. Watch this next video to see who we teamed up with, and how easy Telemedicine is.  They are the largest company that does Telemedicine in the USA.

FAQs

How many products does Thrive have?  Thrive has 5 products: AmericanWind, Electricity, Gas, Vivint Smart Home, and Telemedicine with largest company that does Telemedicine in the USA.

Who is North American Power? North American Power is a major Competitive Electric Provider (CEP) for homes and small businesses in Maine and eleven other states.

Why am I able to switch to North American Power? Maine deregulated its retail and wholesale electricity markets to allow for competition and choice for homeowners and small to medium sized businesses. CEPs such as North American Power are encouraged to compete for customers. More than one million consumers throughout New England have chosen a new CEP.

What will my rate be with North American Power? I have seen 3-month, 6-month and a year fixed rates and does not change based on usage. North American Power buys the power on the electricity market so our competitive fixed rates could be  lower or higher than your current supplier, but because you can be a independent business owner with Thrive, you can deduct part of your electricity bill on your taxes.

Have you seen any problems with North American Power?  No.  Some customers (like myself) forget to renew their fixed rate, is the only problem I have seen.  If a customer does not select a fixed rate product by the end of their term, the customer will default to our variable rate product, with its own separate pricing, terms and conditions. So, I highly recommend getting a fixed rate and renewing before your term is up, and also take advantage of their free referral program that no one else in the electricity business has, called Thrive.

Is North American Power licensed? Yes. North American Power is a CEP licensed by the Maine Public Utility Commission (PUC).

Is there any cost to enroll? No. North American Power does not charge any fees to enroll.

Will I have to pay two separate bills?  No. When you select North American Power as your competitive electric provider (CEP), you will receive one consolidated bill from Central Maine Power (or YOUR current electricity supplier). North American Power will appear as the competitive electric provider on your CURRENT bill (may take up to 30-45 days to appear on your statement).

Who do I call if there is a problem with my service? Your electricity will continue to be delivered by your current supplier, in Maine it is CMP.  If you experience any type of outage or emergency, contact YOUR current electricity supplier. CMP still does the billing and the maintenance on the lines.   North American Power is only the provider of the electricity.
